Guiding Principle
Lone Star Peptide Co. was founded on the conviction that the integrity of scientific research is paramount. Trust is not given; it is earned through a relentless commitment to transparency, verifiable quality, and unwavering accountability. These standards are our promise to the research community that we will always prioritize the integrity of your work over the convenience of our operations.
Transparency Principles
Every Certificate of Analysis for every batch of every peptide we sell is made publicly available in our searchable online library. We believe researchers have a right to know the full history and quality data of the compounds they are working with.
- All COA documentation is publicly accessible and searchable by batch ID at lonestarpeptideco.com/coa/
- We will never make a claim we cannot substantiate with verifiable, third-party data
- We do not and will not make any medical claims or provide dosing advice, research-only, always
- If we make an error, we will communicate it directly and correct it without delay
Testing Principles
We do not rely on manufacturer-provided testing data. Every batch of every peptide is sent to independent, accredited third-party laboratories for comprehensive analysis before a single vial ships.
- HPLC purity analysis: minimum threshold of ≥99% for all compounds
- LC-MS identity confirmation: molecular weight verified against reference standards
- Endotoxin panel (LAL assay): tested to <1 EU/mg for general research applications
- No "skip-lot" testing, every batch is tested, not sampled
- Testing is performed by accredited third-party laboratories, not in-house
Handling Principles
Peptides are sensitive molecules. Improper handling between synthesis and delivery can compromise purity and activity. Our handling protocols are designed to maintain compound integrity at every stage.
- All lyophilized peptides are stored at controlled temperatures in our Houston facility
- All orders ship with cold packs to protect compounds from temperature excursions during transit
- Products are packaged in sealed, moisture-resistant packaging to prevent degradation
- Shipping cutoff is 2:00 PM CST for same-day dispatch from Houston
Batch Traceability Rules
Every vial we sell carries a unique batch identifier that creates an unbroken chain of custody from synthesis to your laboratory. This traceability is not optional, it is the foundation of our quality system.
- Every vial is labeled with a unique batch or lot ID
- Every batch ID corresponds to a specific, publicly accessible COA document
- Batch IDs are searchable in real time at lonestarpeptideco.com/coa/
- Chain of custody documentation is maintained from manufacturer to final customer
Our commitment to quality is absolute. If a batch fails to meet our standards at any point in the quality control process, whether at the testing stage or upon receipt, it is immediately and irrevocably rejected. The entire batch is then destroyed in accordance with industry best practices. We will never sell a compromised or substandard product. Researchers who receive a product they have reason to question should contact us immediately. We will investigate, respond, and make it right.
Contact Pathway for Researchers
We welcome direct communication from the research community. If you have questions about our testing protocols, need clarification on a COA, or have concerns about a product you received, our research support team is available directly.
