Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST on business days ship same day. All lyophilized peptides are shipped with cold-chain packaging. Tracking information is emailed automatically upon shipment.
Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day. During periods of high volume, processing may take up to one additional business day, you will be notified via email if this applies to your order.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected method. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders, see checkout for current threshold.
Cold-Chain Packaging
All lyophilized peptides are temperature-sensitive and must be shipped with appropriate insulation. Every order from Lone Star Peptide Co. includes:
- Insulated foam shipping container
- Gel ice packs sized to transit time and ambient temperature
- Desiccant packets to control moisture
- Tamper-evident sealing
- Handling instructions insert
For multi-day ground shipments during summer months (May–September), we automatically upgrade to 2-day shipping at no additional cost to protect compound integrity. You will be notified if this upgrade is applied.
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to the address on file immediately upon carrier pickup. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take up to 2 hours to reflect initial movement after pickup. If you have not received tracking information within 24 hours of your expected ship date, contact us at orders@lonestarpeptideco.com.
Delivery Issues
If your order shows "delivered" but has not arrived, please allow 24 hours as carriers occasionally update tracking prematurely. If the package still has not arrived after 24 hours, contact us and we will open a carrier investigation. In cases of confirmed carrier loss, we will reship or refund at our discretion.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your order.
Restricted Destinations
We currently ship within the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for overnight or 2-day orders (standard shipping to P.O. boxes is available). We do not currently ship internationally. Shipments to certain states may be restricted based on applicable state regulations, you will be notified at checkout if your destination is restricted.
Signature Requirements
Orders above $300 may require an adult signature upon delivery at our discretion. If you will not be available to sign, contact us in advance to make alternative arrangements. We are not responsible for compounds that deteriorate due to missed delivery attempts.
