How the Wholesale Program Works
A concierge service. You place the order, we handle everything else.
Most suppliers ship you a box and wish you luck on verification. We do the opposite. Every wholesale order is
sourced, independently tested, and documented before it ever reaches you, and the certificate of analysis is
issued under your name, not ours.

We source the product
Your order is placed through our established supply relationships, the same sourcing we use for our own
retail batches. You are not buying leftover stock, the material is sourced against your specific order.

It ships to us first, and we walk it into the lab
The product is shipped to our Houston facility, not straight to you. Adam personally hand-delivers samples
to local labs in College Station, TX and stays on the testing to keep it expedited, typically two to three
days for results. Nothing moves forward until the batch passes.

It ships to you with COAs in your name
Once testing passes, the order ships to you with its certificate of analysis issued under your company
name, not ours. The documentation is yours to publish, hand to your own customers, or keep on file.
Order minimums. Everything is ordered in kits, and one kit is 10 vials.
3 kits per product is what it takes for testing to be included on that product. Below that,
a dedicated test run is not viable, so those items ship without a certificate of analysis in your name.
10 kits total across the whole order is where the wholesale program starts.
You can submit a request under either number and Adam will follow up with you personally. Nothing is blocked,
you just will not get program pricing or included testing until the minimums are met.
Why it matters: if a batch fails testing, it never reaches you. You are not the one discovering
a problem after it is already in your inventory, and you are never asked to vouch for material you have not seen
tested. That is the whole point of the program. COAs or it didn't happen.
