How long does it take to receive an invoice after I submit my request? +
Once your order is submitted through checkout, our team is notified immediately. You'll receive your invoice by email typically within 2 to 4 hours during business hours (Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM CST). Orders submitted after hours or on weekends are invoiced the following business morning.
Can I place an order for multiple compounds in one invoice? +
Yes. Add as many compounds, sizes, and quantities as your research requires to your cart before submitting. Everything gets consolidated into one itemized invoice.
When does my order ship after payment is confirmed? +
Orders with confirmed payment before 2 PM CST ship same day from Houston. Payment confirmed after 2 PM CST ships the following business day. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as the shipment is dispatched.
Do you ship outside of Texas? +
Yes, we ship to all U.S. states. Texas orders benefit from same-day dispatch and 1 to 2 business day delivery. Orders to other states typically arrive within 2 to 4 business days depending on destination. All shipments are cold-chain packed.
Is the COA included with every shipment? +
Yes. A printed copy of the batch Certificate of Analysis from Freedom Diagnostics is included in every shipment for each compound ordered. COA records are also permanently accessible in our public COA library.
Can I get a PO number added to my invoice? +
Yes. If your institution requires a purchase order number on the invoice, simply include it in your order request and we will add it to the document before sending.
